After a comfortable win against Kiwis in the first T20I, the teams will once again lock horns in MS Dhoni’s backyard. The likes of Shreyas Iyer and Venkatesh Iyer will get another opportunity to prove their worth while New Zealand will look to make a comeback and level up the series.

The biggest talking point from the last match was the inclusion of Yuzvendra Chahal from the match. Ashwin and Axar are two quality players and they did their job perfectly but some fans still feel that Chahal should have played in place of Axar. He is not getting enough opportunity to play for India in recent times and it may pull down his confidence. The other important thing will be on notice once again is how the likes of Rohit Sharma and KL Rahul prepare themselves for Trent Boult. Both these players have struggled against left arm pacers and even in Jaipur, Boult dismissed Rohit. However, Rohit did dominate him before getting out. These are the couple of things that India needs to check on; otherwise the team is more than ready for the Kiwis.

Without Kane Williamson and Conway, it was never going to be easy for New Zealand. The important part is that their bowling attack is rock solid and that will help them to beat India. They could have if Trent Boult would be in form but after so much cricket recently, you can’t really blame him. The team looks good and things can favor them but for that, they need to win the toss for sure.
