Indian Kabaddi league 2022: The Indian Kabaddi league 2022 is now in its playoff phase after 10 weeks of the league phase. The second match of the night, the Eliminator will be held on Tuesday between UP and Tamil, who reached the playoffs for the first time. The match will be played at the Sardar Vallabhai Patel Indoor Stadium in Mumbai from 8:30 PM IST on Tuesday.

Yoddhas have qualified for the playoffs for the 5th consecutive season and will be up against first-time playoff entrants the Thalaivas. Ashan Kumar was appointed as the new coach of the team and in this move, the team made a great comeback in the season.

They started winning consistently and slowly and steadily climbed up the points table. Raiders Narendra Kandola and Ajinkya Pawar put in memorable performances, collecting 220 and 114 raid points respectively. In defence, Sagar and Sahil Gulia collected 53 and 51 tackle points, respectively, and these performances helped the team advance to the playoffs for the first time in league history.

The Yoddhas entered the playoffs for the fifth time in the Indian Kabaddi League. The Pradeep Narwal-led side finished the league stage in the fourth position in the points table with 12 wins, eight losses and two ties. The Yoddhas were eliminated in the semi-finals last season and this time they will aim to better that performance.

Record-breaker Pradeep Narwal, who had a poor season last year, produced his best performance in this edition as he is the team's leading raider with 208 points. He has been well supported by Surender Gill, who scored 132 points. Although he is currently injured and has not been able to play in the last few matches of the team. In defence, Sumit and Ashu Singh scored 49 and 47 points respectively.
