Preview 

The 3rd ODI begins in the afternoon at 4:30 when the temperature can go up to a maximum of 48 degrees. Because of the extreme heat, there will be no sign of dew in the match later and the players have to depend on a lot of fluid. The average score on this ground is expected to be 250 runs. The captain winning the toss will be looking forward to saving their players from the extreme heat and probably choose to bat first and score enough runs. Seven ODIs have been played on this ground in which three have been won batting first and four while chasing.

Pakistan with a back-to-back win in this series will be looking forward to carrying the winning momentum and clinching the series with a 3-0 win. West Indies on the other hand will hope to avoid a whitewash when they take the field against Pakistan on Sunday. 

Both the ODIs played before were well gripped by the home team. Batsmen like Babar Azam, Mohammad Rizwan and Imam-ul-Haq were in great touch. In the first game, Pakistan chased down a gigantic total with four balls to spare. While Shai Hope’s spectacular century goes down in vain, captain Babar Azam led his team from the front and scored a whopping 103 runs to seal the victory. In the second match, West Indies were down for only 155 while the target on the board was 275 runs. Mohammad Nawaz and Mohammad Wasim took a total of 7 wickets and sealed their win in just 32.2 overs.

While West Indies will have their hard and last try to get a win and end the series in a 2-1 condition. Pakistan will definitely look forward to sealing the series with a whitewash on their home ground.
