The 3rd match of the ongoing South Africa T20 League will be played between SEC and PC. St George's Park in Gqeberha will host the match which is going to be played on Thursday, January 12, 2023. 

As we know that all six teams playing in this league are owned by Indian T20 League franchises. In this match, the teams competing SEC and PC are therefore a part of the Hyderabad and Delhi franchises respectively. 

The Eastern Cape will be led by the ferocious all-rounder Aiden Markram for the first season of the SA 20 League. The 28-year-old South African is well anticipated to be the best batter for the side as white ball cricket is running down his veins. Regardless of losing his Test slot, Markram’s contributions for the National side in the shorter formats of the game remain undoubted and his skilful off-spin bowling is always a plus point to the team. 

James Fuller is probably the best bowler among the Eastern Cape squad. Fuller can also score runs being a finisher and has good late order hitting ability which can be useful for his side in difficult times. 

Pretoria will have the services of Wayne Parnell in their prime role in the inaugural season of the SA 20 League. Rilee Rossouw is anticipated to be the top runscorer for PC. Rossouw recently gathered some big bucks in the Indian T20 League auctions and is named among the most explosive batters in world cricket at current moment. 

The bowling department will be led by skipper Wayne Parnell himself. Just like Rossouw, Parnell has also being impressive for the south African side and his left arm angle has the ability to turn the ball back  into the right hand batters from over the wicket which is indeed a nightmare for top-order batters.
