Cristiano Ronaldo announces the loss of his baby boy!

In some unexpected turn of events, Cristiano Ronaldo took to social media to announce the passing away of his baby boy! The legend of world football was expecting twins and posted about the same in the month of October. However, on Monday, he announced that the baby girl is doing fine but they couldn’t save the little boy!

In the official statement, Cristiano and his partner Georgina said, “It is with our deepest sadness that we announce the passing of our baby boy. It's the greatest pain any parent can feel. Only the birth of our baby girl gives us the strength to live this moment with some hope and happiness”.

Many top clubs like Manchester United, Real Madrid, Liverpool, Manchester City and others mourned for Cristiano’s loss. Marcus Rashford took to twitter to say, “Thoughts are with you and Georgina brother. I’m so sorry”. The football world came united to show their support for Cristiano and Georgina in this time of need. The 37-year-old requested for some privacy and thanked all the doctors and the nurses involved in this process.

“We would like to thank the doctors and nurses for all their expert care and support. We are all devastated at this loss and we kindly ask for privacy at this very difficult time. Our baby boy, you are our angel. We will always love you”, said the couple in a joint statement.
