What are the terms & conditions for the TDS refund offer?
A user will be eligible for up to 100% TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) refund if they meet the required criteria and fall into any of the categories mentioned below. The refund will be credited as per the applicable terms and conditions, ensuring that eligible users receive their benefits seamlessly.
CASE 1:
- 100% TDS Refund: Users will receive 100% TDS cashback if they make 1 withdrawal transaction in a month
- Withdrawal Amount: ₹2,00,000
- Applicable TDS Rate: 30%
- TDS Cashback Offer: 100% refund on TDS of ₹20,000(Max Cap Limit)
- Final Amount: ₹20,000
CASE 2:
- 30% TDS Refund: Users will receive 30% TDS cashback if they make 2 withdrawal transactions in a month.
- Withdrawal Amount: ₹2,00,000
- Applicable TDS Rate: 30%
- TDS Cashback Offer: 30% refund on TDS upto ₹20,000. If the user’s TDS deducted exceeds ₹20,000, then the user will get 30% of the Max Cap Limit: ₹20,000.
- 30% refund on TDS of ₹20,000(Max Cap Limit)
- - Final Amount: ₹6,000
CASE 3:
- 10% TDS Refund: Users will receive 10% TDS cashback if they make 3 withdrawal transactions in a month.
- Withdrawal Amount: ₹2,00,000
- Applicable TDS Rate: 30%
- TDS Cashback Offer: 10% refund on TDS upto ₹20,000. If the user’s TDS deducted is below ₹20,000, then the user will get 10% of the Max Cap Limit: ₹20,000.
- 10% refund on TDS of ₹20,000(Max Cap Limit)
- - Final Amount: ₹2,000
CASE 4:
Users who make more than 3 withdrawal transactions in a month are not eligible for a TDS refund.
Upon a successful withdrawal, users will receive a upto 100% TDS cashback refund in their deposit wallet within the first week of the following month, provided they meet the specified terms and conditions.
Capping Amount Limit:
Max TDS Refund Amount per user: ₹20,000
This TDS policy will be applicable from 1st April 2025. Real11 holds the right to end the promotion immediately and without any notice.
