REAL11 TERMS AND CONDITIONS

INTRODUCTION: WHO WE ARE AND WHAT WE DO

Real11 is a digital fantasy sports platform where users can participate in skill-based contests spanning across officially sanctioned live sporting events (“Services”).
The sports currently covered on our platform (“Sports”) include but are not limited to:

Cricket
Football
Kabaddi

Any person using, accessing and/or participating in any fantasy sports-related free-to-play online gaming contest (“Contest”) on our platform is considered a User (“User”).
All references to “You/Your” in these Terms relate to the User.
All references to “We/Us/Our” relate to Real11 (collectively referring to the Real11 mobile application and website, hereinafter “Platform”).

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Your continued use of the Real11 Platform constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), along with any additional terms or policies that may be made available to you from time to time.
In the event of inconsistency between these Terms and additional terms specific to certain contests or services, the additional terms will prevail.
By accepting these Terms, You consent to receive communications from Real11 and/or its partners, associates, or licensors through:

Announcements
Administrative or direct messages
Advertisements
Push notifications
Emails, SMS, or any other mode deemed appropriate

You agree to mark Real11 as a safe sender on your email/SMS platform to ensure that our communications are not directed to spam/junk folders.

USER ACCOUNT

To access our Services, you must create an account on the Platform (“Account”). During account creation or usage, you may be required to provide:

Full Name
Team Name
Mobile Number (valid Indian number)
Full Address and State of Residence
Gender
Date of Birth
Aadhaar Number
Bank Account details / UPI ID
Permanent Account Number (PAN)
Any other valid identification as mandated

We reserve the right to conduct KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any stage, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

ELIGIBILITY

To participate in contests on Real11:

You must be a resident of India.
You must have a valid Indian mobile number.
You must be above 18 years of age.

You shall not make false disclosures or representations to bypass applicable Indian laws (“Applicable Law”).

CONTEST RULES

General Rules

To participate in a Contest, you must create a fantasy team (“Team”) by selecting real-life players participating in the specific Sports event.
Teams must be finalized before the contest deadline (“Contest Deadline”), which is the start time or adjusted start time of the Sports event.
A Contest may require a minimum number of users (“Pre-specified Number of Users”) to become operational.
In Multiple Entry Contests, you may create and submit multiple teams, subject to restrictions set by Real11.
Users may participate in up to 3000 contests per match in Cricket and 500 contests per match in other Sports.
You may create a maximum of 40 Teams per Contest.

We provide features such as toss and lineup updates sourced from third-party data feed providers or publicly available information. However, Users are strongly advised to conduct their own independent research before creating teams.

Flexible vs Non-Flexible Contests

Flexible Contest: Operates with a minimum of 2 users.
Non-Flexible Contest: Operates only if the pre-set number of users is met.

CONTEST FORMATS

Public Contest

Open to all Real11 users without restriction.
May be Flexible or Non-Flexible.
If marked as Guaranteed Contest, winners will be declared even if the pre-specified number of users is not met.

Private Contest

Created by a user who sets the number of participants (2–20,000).
Once created, the terms of the private contest cannot be modified.
A Contest Code will be provided to invite others.
Real11 is not liable for invited users failing to join due to reasons outside our control.

WINNING

Winner Declaration

Winners are determined based on the highest aggregate fantasy points scored by their Team(s).
The number of winners and prizes will be displayed on the Contest page prior to commencement.

Tie Situations

In case of ties, prizes will be distributed equally unless otherwise stated.

Verification of Winners

Winners will be contacted via the details provided at registration.
Verification may require submission of identification and banking details.
If not contacted within 48 hours of the winner declaration, users must reach out via Real11 Support.

USER CONDUCT

You agree to:

Maintain only one account.
Provide accurate, updated information.
Keep your login credentials and OTP confidential.
Not engage in fraud, impersonation, collusion, insider trading, or manipulation of contests.
Use the Platform for personal purposes only, not for commercial activity.
Respect Real11’s community guidelines and not post offensive, defamatory, illegal, or harmful content.

Violation of these rules may result in account suspension, contest disqualification, prize forfeiture, and/or legal action.

RESPONSIBLE PLAY

Real11 encourages responsible gaming. You are advised to participate within your means and seek help in case of gaming-related concerns.

ADDITIONAL FEATURES

Real Coins
Users may earn Real Coins through participation in contests. Their usage will be subject to separate terms and conditions.

REAL11 RIGHTS

We reserve the right to:

Revise player rosters or contest deadlines based on official data.
Cancel or abandon contests in case of force majeure events (weather delays, technical issues, etc.).
Modify, suspend, or discontinue contests or services without prior notice.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, contests, logos, trademarks, software, advertisements, graphics, and materials published on Real11 are our exclusive intellectual property.
Users may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit our content without written consent.
User-submitted content grants Real11 a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with Platform operations.

PRIVACY POLICY

All personal information provided by you is subject to the Real11 Privacy Policy, which should be reviewed separately.

PUBLICITY

By accepting a prize, you grant Real11 permission to use your name, image, voice, and testimonials for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Real11 shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.
Users waive claims against Real11 for accidents, losses, or issues while using the Platform.

GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Courts of New Delhi (or Mumbai, if you prefer continuity) shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Any unresolved disputes shall be settled via arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat of arbitration in New Delhi/Mumbai.

DISCLAIMERS

Services are provided on an “as-is, as-available” basis.
Real11 is not responsible for inaccuracies in third-party data feeds or technical failures.
We do not guarantee the quality of any third-party rewards or prizes.
Users access the Platform at their own risk.
