Indian T20 League : History

The lucrative and most sought-after T20 tournament, the Indian T20 League, is a multi-franchise T20 competition based in India. The inaugural edition of the league was held in 2008. In 2022, the league expanded to include two more franchises (Gujarat and Lucknow) in addition to the previous eight teams. This move resulted in more games, excitement, and fantasy T20 cricket. Indian T20 League Format

The competition will include ten teams segregated into two groups. In the group stage, teams from the same group play each other twice in a round-robin style.
