These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and interaction with the website, applications, digital properties, content and other services historically operated or made available by Real11 Fantasy Sports LLP ("Real11", "we", "us", or "our").

These Terms should be read together with the Real11 Privacy Policy, which explains how Personal Information relating to users and former users may be collected, retained, processed, safeguarded and disclosed.

Real11 Fantasy Sports LLP has discontinued its fantasy sports contests and related money-based gaming services.

Real11 does not currently operate, conduct, facilitate, promote or authorise any fantasy sports contest, online money gaming service, deposit, withdrawal, paid contest, wagering activity or similar service.

Accordingly, these Terms do not constitute an offer or invitation to participate in any fantasy sports contest or online money gaming activity.

References in these Terms to the "Services", "Platform", "account", "contest", "gameplay", "transactions" or similar terms relate, where applicable, to your historical use of Real11's Services before their discontinuation and are included solely to address continuing legal, contractual, privacy, security, record-keeping and other matters.

The discontinuation of Real11's fantasy sports services has been undertaken in accordance with the applicable legal and regulatory framework, including the Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act, 2025 ("PROGA"), as applicable.

By accessing or using any Real11 digital property or by otherwise interacting with Real11 following discontinuation, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms to the extent they apply to your interaction with Real11.

Where you previously accessed or used Real11's Services while they were operational, your use was also subject to the terms and conditions applicable at that time.

Nothing in these Terms revives, reinstates or authorises any discontinued Real11 fantasy sports contest or money-based gaming service.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should discontinue any non-essential interaction with Real11's digital properties, subject to any continuing rights or obligations arising under applicable law.

During the period in which Real11's Services were operational, access and participation were subject to the eligibility requirements applicable at that time.

Real11's historical Services were intended for individuals who were at least 18 years of age.

Following discontinuation, Real11 does not offer or facilitate fantasy sports contests or related gaming activities to users of any age.

Real11 has discontinued its fantasy sports contests and related money-based gaming services.

Accordingly:

No new fantasy sports contests are currently offered by Real11.
No new paid fantasy sports participation is currently accepted by Real11.
Real11 does not currently facilitate deposits or withdrawals for fantasy sports contests.
Real11 does not currently offer winnings, bonuses, promotional rewards or other financial incentives connected with fantasy sports contests.
Real11 does not authorise third parties to operate fantasy sports contests on its behalf.
Any person or platform claiming to currently operate a Real11 fantasy sports service should not be presumed to be authorised by Real11.

Any historical account, transaction, balance, gameplay record, communication or other information may continue to be processed or retained where necessary for lawful purposes, including legal and regulatory compliance, taxation, accounting, audit, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution and enforcement of rights.

Where applicable, information associated with your historical Real11 account may continue to exist in Real11's records.

Real11 may retain or process such information for purposes including:

Maintaining historical records;
Responding to account-related queries;
Verifying historical transactions;
Meeting legal, regulatory, tax and accounting obligations;
Preventing and investigating fraud;
Addressing disputes and complaints;
Responding to lawful requests from authorities; and
Protecting Real11's legal rights and interests.

Your historical account information will be handled in accordance with the Real11 Privacy Policy and applicable law.

During the period in which Real11's Services were operational, users may have undertaken transactions relating to their accounts.

Real11 may continue to maintain records relating to historical:

Deposits;
Withdrawals;
Payments;
Refunds;
Winnings;
Account balances;
Transaction references; and
Other financial or accounting records.

Such records may be retained where necessary to satisfy legal, tax, accounting, audit, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution or regulatory requirements.

Nothing in these Terms constitutes a representation that any historical amount is presently payable, refundable or withdrawable. Any claim relating to a historical account or transaction will be considered subject to applicable records, verification, applicable terms and applicable law.

Where you interact with Real11 or its remaining digital properties, you agree to:

Provide accurate information where information is required for a legitimate purpose;
Not impersonate another individual or entity;
Not misrepresent your association with Real11;
Not attempt to obtain unauthorised access to Real11 systems or records;
Not interfere with or compromise the security of Real11's systems;
Not use Real11's name, trademarks, content or intellectual property without appropriate authorisation;
Not engage in fraudulent, deceptive or unlawful activities using Real11's name or digital properties; and
Comply with applicable laws and regulations.

You must not attempt to circumvent, disable or interfere with any security or access-control mechanism associated with Real11's digital properties.

You must not use Real11's name, brand, website, applications, content, systems or historical user information to:

Create or operate an unauthorised fantasy sports service;
Collect money or deposits from members of the public while claiming to represent Real11;
Promise winnings, returns, bonuses or rewards in the name of Real11;
Create websites, applications, social-media accounts or other digital properties that falsely represent an affiliation with Real11;
Phish for passwords, OTPs, banking information or other sensitive information;
Distribute malware, malicious code or harmful software;
Gain unauthorised access to Real11's systems or databases;
Misuse Personal Information belonging to Real11 users or former users;
Circumvent security controls or technical restrictions; or
Use Real11's intellectual property or identity for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

Real11 reserves the right to take appropriate action against unauthorised or fraudulent use of its name, brand, intellectual property, systems or information.

Real11 is no longer operating fantasy sports contests or related money-based gaming services.

Any website, application, social-media account, individual or other platform that claims to currently offer such services in the name of Real11 should be treated with caution.

Real11 does not authorise unauthorised persons or entities to:

Collect deposits on behalf of Real11;
Process withdrawals on behalf of Real11;
Promise winnings;
Offer bonuses or promotional rewards;
Request OTPs, PINs or passwords;
Request banking credentials;
Request remote access to devices;
Ask users to install unknown applications; or
Collect personal or financial information by falsely claiming to represent Real11.

If you receive a suspicious communication claiming to be from Real11, you should not make payments or disclose sensitive information.

Real11 shall not be responsible for unauthorised transactions, representations, communications or activities undertaken by individuals or entities falsely claiming to represent or act on behalf of Real11, except to the extent liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

All intellectual property associated with Real11, including its name, trademarks, logos, graphics, designs, text, software, interfaces, content and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Real11 or its relevant licensors, except where otherwise stated.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership interest or licence in Real11's intellectual property except where expressly authorised.

You must not reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, transmit, sell, license, commercially exploit or create derivative works from Real11's intellectual property without prior written authorisation, except where such use is permitted by applicable law.

The discontinuation of Real11's Services does not constitute a waiver of Real11's intellectual property rights.

Where users historically submitted information, communications, feedback, complaints, reviews, images or other content to Real11, Real11 may retain such records where necessary for legitimate purposes.

You represent that any content or information provided by you was provided lawfully and did not knowingly infringe the rights of another person.

Real11 may retain, review, reproduce or disclose historical communications where reasonably necessary for:

Customer support;
Fraud prevention;
Security;
Legal or regulatory compliance;
Dispute resolution;
Investigation of complaints; or
Protection of Real11's rights and interests.

Real11 may historically have used or linked to third-party websites, payment providers, identity-verification providers, technology providers, service providers or other external services.

Real11 does not control the policies, security practices, content or operations of independent third parties.

Your interaction with a third-party service may be governed by that third party's own terms and privacy policy.

Real11 is not responsible for the acts, omissions, content, security practices or services of independent third parties, except where otherwise required under applicable law.

Real11's collection, retention, use, processing, disclosure and safeguarding of Personal Information are governed by the Real11 Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy forms an important part of these Terms and should be read together with them.

By interacting with Real11 where Personal Information is required for a lawful purpose, you acknowledge that your information may be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Real11 takes reasonable measures to protect its systems and information against unauthorised access, misuse, loss, alteration or disclosure.

However, no electronic system, website, network or method of transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

You must not attempt to compromise or circumvent any security mechanism associated with Real11's systems.

If you become aware of suspected unauthorised access, impersonation, fraud or misuse of Real11's name or digital properties, you should promptly notify Real11 through an official communication channel.

Real11's historical Services were provided subject to the terms and conditions applicable during the relevant period.

Following discontinuation, Real11 does not represent or warrant that:

Fantasy sports contests are currently available;
Any current third party offering Real11-branded fantasy sports services is authorised by Real11;
Any unauthorised website, application or individual claiming to represent Real11 is genuine; or
Historical Services will continue to be available.

Real11 makes no representation that historical information, records or digital properties will remain accessible indefinitely.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Real11 disclaims warranties that cannot lawfully be imposed upon it in relation to discontinued Services or third-party activities.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Real11, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents and service providers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive losses arising from:

Unauthorised access to or misuse of accounts or information by third parties;
Fraudulent communications or impersonation by third parties;
Unauthorised websites, applications or platforms claiming to represent Real11;
User interaction with unauthorised third parties;
Technical failures beyond Real11's reasonable control; or
Use or reliance on discontinued Services or historical information.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses arising from your:

Violation of these Terms;
Unlawful or fraudulent use of Real11's name or intellectual property;
Unauthorised access to or interference with Real11's systems;
Misrepresentation of your relationship with Real11; or
Violation of the rights of another person or entity.

This provision will not apply to the extent that the relevant loss or liability resulted from Real11's own acts or omissions where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

As Real11's fantasy sports and related money-based gaming services have been discontinued, Real11 may restrict, suspend or terminate access to any remaining digital property or functionality where reasonably necessary.

Real11 may also take action against individuals or entities that:

Attempt to misuse Real11's systems;
Engage in fraudulent activity;
Attempt unauthorised access;
Violate these Terms; or
Use Real11's identity or intellectual property without authorisation.

Provisions relating to privacy, intellectual property, historical records, security, liability, indemnification and other provisions that by their nature are intended to survive discontinuation shall continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

Real11 may modify or update these Terms from time to time to reflect:

Changes in applicable law;
Regulatory requirements;
Changes to Real11's legal or corporate position;
Security requirements;
Changes to remaining digital properties; or
Other legitimate operational requirements.

The updated Terms will be published through the appropriate official Real11 communication channel, together with the revised effective or updated date.

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable by a competent authority, that provision shall be interpreted or modified to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

The remaining provisions shall continue to remain valid and enforceable to the extent permitted by law.

The failure or delay by Real11 to exercise any right or remedy under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or remedy.

Any waiver must be made in accordance with applicable law.

These Terms, together with the Real11 Privacy Policy and any other applicable policies expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the terms governing your current interaction with Real11 following discontinuation.

For historical use of the Services, the terms and policies applicable during the relevant period may also remain relevant to the extent necessary to address rights, obligations, transactions, disputes or other matters arising from that period.
