The defending champions are all set to take the current champions of 50 over cricket in the biggest platform of them all. However, against England, it won’t be a cakewalk. Shimron Hetmyer, Nicolas Pooran and Andre Russell will have to play a very key role for the success of West Indies. They somehow need to get back in touch for the West Indies to qualify for the semi-finals!

Without the likes of Jofra Archer, Ben Stokes and Sam Curran, any team would have been in tremendous pressure but not England! In the last few years, they have trained their players in such a way that they are always ready to take up any challenge. Not just that, they have multiple players who can substitute any other player in this format. The thing that they need to sort out is Captain Eoin Morgan’s very poor form. Now Morgan himself said that he’ll drop himself if required but that might not be a good solution as Morgan is a fantastic captain who already won a world series for the nation. Not just Morgan, Jason Roy and Liam Livingstone as well need to step up and show their game. If they start doing that, England will not only qualify for the semis but also will be one of the contenders to play the big final.
