Well, both these Asian teams have qualified for the World T20 Series after playing the qualifiers of the same. Since, both the teams have played some competitive games leading up the tournament means that no one will really be ahead of the other.

Sri Lanka defeated all of their opponents in the qualifiers and are currently one of the unbeaten teams of the tournament. Their players are in superb form. Now again, we can’t measure their performance based on this but they surely will come to the ground with a lot of confidence. Out of everyone, Wahidu Hasaranga’s form will be a relief for the Lankans. He has been terrific in the past and his all-round performance has brought all the glory for Sri Lanka in the recent time.

After a defeat in the hands of Scotland, Bangladesh has made a comeback. Even though it’s not a very strong one, it helped them move to the next round. Shakib Al Hasan has been brilliant with both bat and bowl and that will once again be key for the Bangladeshis going forward into the tournament. The bowlers have also done a good job to put Bangladesh in a decent place. Once their batters get going, Bangladesh will be a different side altogether.
