AC Milan and Borussia Dortmund Eye Marcus Rashford Loan

In a major development for Manchester United, sources have confirmed that both AC Milan and Borussia Dortmund are preparing to make formal loan offers for Marcus Rashford. The England forward has fallen out of favour under new head coach Ruben Amorim and has not featured since a 2-1 victory against FC Viktoria Plzen on December 12.

United are eager to explore options for Rashford in the January transfer window, and the club is open to both permanent and loan deals. Napoli is also interested in the 27-year-old, but it seems a loan is the most likely scenario if he leaves Old Trafford this month.

Milan and Dortmund are likely to take a considerable share of the massive wages of Rashford, who earns £350,000 ($436,000) a week. Mainoo, whose contract runs until 2027 with an option for an additional year, is eager to remain at Old Trafford despite slow progress in contract extension discussions.
