The Blues want to sign this Serbian footballer from Juve

EPL side Chelsea reportedly still has the name of Juventus striker, Dusan Vlahovic, on their signing window for the summer of 2024. Chelsea has previously made big purchases. The Blues spent hundreds of millions of pounds last season in buying some big names. One of them is to bring in striker Nicolas Jackson. However, Jackson's performance was less than satisfactory. Unfortunately, Chelsea doesn't have a good replacement. They only have Armando Broja whose performance is also less impressive while Christopher Nkunku is not a pure centre forward and he previously suffered an injury.

Chelsea is also widely said to be looking for additional new ammunition in the attack line. Several names are candidates for the Blues' new striker. One of them is Juve forward, the 24-year-old star footballer Dusan Vlahovic. He has been a target for the Bianconeri before. After not being heard from for a while, the Serbian footballer's name was still on Chelsea's signing list as reported by Tutto Juve. Chelsea is now said to be considering bringing in Vlahovic in the 2024 summer transfer market. The price tag of the Serbian player himself is believed to be around 90 million pounds.

Chelsea was previously said to have tried to bring in Vlahovic in the summer of 2023, but the Blues are said to have not made an offer that was in line with what Juventus had requested. Apart from the striker, there are other names of players linked with Chelsea. From England, the Blues are said to be targeting Brentford striker Ivan Toney.

The English player himself will most likely be released by Brentford in the summer of 2024. However, Chelsea has to compete with other clubs such as Arsenal and Manchester United. Then there is the name of Napoli striker, Victor Osimhen. Rumour has it that Osimhen could leave Italy in the summer of 2024.

Chelsea's next EPL match will be against Crystal Palace in an away fixture on 12 February 2024.
