The England national team has announced the final squad to take part in Euro 2024. Gareth Southgate has brought 26 players to Germany for the tournament. Previously, Southgate called up 33 players to enter England's temporary squad; they were involved in a friendly match against Bosnia-Herzegovina which they won with a score of 3-0. After carrying out an evaluation, Southgate finally determined which players were included in his plan, these are 26 players selected by Southgate. The 53-year-old veteran head coach still retains several senior players such as Kyle Walker, Kieran Trippier, Luke Shaw and Harry Kane.

Apart from that, Southgate also provides opportunities for young players which included Kobbie Mainoo, Adam Wharton to Cole Palmer. Southgate dropped seven players from the England national team squad which included two senior players, namely Harry Maguire and Jack Grealish. The other five players who were also dropped were Curtis Jones, Jarell Quansah, James Maddison, Jarrad Branthwaite and James Trafford.

Luke Shaw is actually still in the process of recovering from injury, however, the Manchester United defender was still included. The following are the 26 names who will play for the England National Team for Euro 2024:

Midfielders: Trent Alexander-Arnold (Liverpool), Conor Gallagher (Chelsea), Kobbie Mainoo (Manchester United), Adam Wharton (Crystal Palace) Declan Rice (Arsenal)
