Indian Cricket Board secretary Jay Shah in an interaction on the sidelines of an event said all national selectors will be seen during Ind T20 League games at different venues and added the call on a new selector will be taken soon.

The Indian Cricket Board medical and National Cricket Academy will also be keeping close tabs on the players to manage their workload. Shah said that like previous editions, all franchises will have no other alternative but adhere to what the “supreme body” says.

“Franchises will have to follow whatever the Indian Cricket Board decides. The Indian Cricket Board is the supreme body. We are above the franchises,” said Shah.
