Hardik Pandya-led team India has faced two consecutive defeats against West Indies in the 5-match T20 series for the first time since 2016. The Visitors would be considering that there may be a change in the playing XI in the next do-or-die contest match. The Hosts are now all geared up to take on team India in the third T20I match on Tuesday, 08 August at 08:00 PM from Providence Stadium, Guyana, West Indies.

The Caribbean tour has not been good so far for the Indian T20 side as of now. Men in Blue, captained by Hardik Pandya, has faced defeat in both the opening matches. The second match also seemed to be in India's pocket until Nicholas Pooran(67) played some blinder of an innings and the Visitors lost this match as well. Team India took the ground after selecting Ravi Bishnoi in place of Kuldeep Yadav. However, Team India had to make this change under compulsion as the left-arm wrist spinner had suffered an injury while batting at the nets before the second T20 match and had to miss out on that match. If Kuldeep is fit then his return is certain for the match then Ravi Bishnoi, who came in his place in the team, may have to warm the bench again.

India's opening pair, Shubman Gill(03) and Ishan Kishan(27) have not been able to do anything special so far but the team management can keep faith in both of them. After the second match, Hardik Pandya made a statement about the middle-order batters, but after two matches, there is no possibility of a change in it. The only positive for team India was Tilak Varma who smashed 51 off 41 balls in the previous match. On the other hand, number T20I batter SKY is failing consistently on the WI tour, he scored just 01 off 03 balls which is also raising questions about his batting ability.

The Hosts did not make any changes in the second match. Skipper Rovman Powell had played with the same team which had been chosen in the first T20. In the third match also, it is expected that WI's skipper Powell will not make any changes as he does not want to make any changes in his winning combination. Powell will also go on to win the series with the same team with which his side has won the first two matches.
