Hambantota Bangla Tigers will play Colombo Jagaurs in the 17th match of the Lank T10 League 2024. The Pallekele International Cricket Stadium will host the game on Monday, December 16. 

HBT has played five matches so far, winning two and losing one. The other two were washed out due to rain, resulting in their second-place finish in the points table. On the other hand, CJ is still to open its winning books and is placed fourth on the leaderboard. They have lost two, and the other three were cancelled due to heavy downpours. 

The Bangla Tigers won their recent encounter against Kandy Bolts by 47 runs. Their best performers with the bat were Mohammad Shahzad (52 off 18) and Dasun Shanaka (39 off 15). Kamindu Mendis took two wickets, and Ramesh Mendis took one wicket, resulting in their seven-wicket defeat.
