Luis Suarez set to reunite with ex-Barcelona teammates at Inter Miami

It has been of common interest for the last few weeks, that Luis Suarez has been in the news for a potential transfer to Inter Miami. Gremio have already announced that he will be exiting the club at the end of 2023, which has opened the door for the Uruguayan striker to move from South to North America. 

With the potential move to Inter Miami under the scanner, the ex-Barcelona star would link up with his ex-Barcelona teammates Lionel Messi, Jordi Alba and Sergio Busquets. Fabrizio Romano, the renowned Football transfer market analyst, has reported that the agreement between the player and the club is sealed, with an official announcement to be made very soon.

El Pistolero will sign a one-year deal at Inter Miami, which will possess an option for this offer to be extended by an additional 12 months. It is an exceptional deal for the Florida-based franchise, who are presently one of the favourites to win the MLS Cup the following season. 

Suarez is back from an outstanding playing season with Gremio and if he can renew his Barcelona alliance with Messi and co. right from the beginning, Inter Miami could execute great results in 2024.
