The 38-year-old Cristiano Ronaldo has proven that he is not finished yet. The Al Nassr and Portugal ace star striker has just scored his 50th goal in the 2023 calendar year. The 5-time Balon d'Or winner created this goal when he guided his team Al Nassr beat Al Shabab with a score of 5-2 in the 2023/2024 Saudi Arabia King's Cup quarter-final match on Monday. Apart from Ronaldo, Al Nassr's other four goals in this match were scored respectively by Seko Fofana, Sadio Mane, Abdulrahman Ghareeb and Mohammed Maran.

Thanks to this result, The Yellow Submarine also has the right to qualify for the semifinals following the steps of Al Khaleej and Al Hilal. Another quarter-final match between Al Faisaly vs Al Ittihad will be played on Tuesday (19/12/2023) next week. Ronaldo's goal against Al Shabab felt special. The reason is, that this is the 50th goal scored by Ronaldo at club and national team level in 2023.
