Tata group set to replace Vivo as official Ind-T20 League sponsor 

One of India’s largest business groups is all set to replace Chinese manufacturer Vivo as the official sponsor of the Indian T20 League from this year. Earlier today Ind-T20 League chairman Brijesh Patel confirmed this news to the Press Trust of India. Vivo had a five 5 year deal worth ₹2200 crore for the title sponsorship from 2018-2022. But VIVO took a year off after the 2020 Galwan Valley battle between Indian and Chinese soldiers. A renowned fantasy sports platform was appointed the interim sponsor deal that year. However, VIVO returned for 2021 even as conjectures erupted that they were looking to transfer the rights to a suitable bidder and the Indian Cricket board approved of it.
