Can Jurgen Klopp lead the Reds to win the EPL title?

The 2023/2024 season will be Jurgen Klopp's last season as Liverpool manager. Initially, there was a dream of a quadruple as a farewell gift for Klopp however, one by one, those dreams began to fail. The Reds had just lost to Everton in the postponed match of Week 29 of the Premier League on Wednesday(24th April 2024), away to Goodison Park, the Visitors lost 0-2.

The goals scored by Alisson Becker were Jarrod Branthwaite in the 27th minute and Dominic Calvert-Lewin in the 58th minute. Liverpool is now in second place in the standings, with 74 points. So, with only four matches left, the Reds' chances of competing with Arsenal and Manchester City are getting more complicated.

The 56-year-old head coach Klopp has decided to leave Anfield once the 2023/2024 season is over. He felt tired and needed rest so, there was a dream of getting a quadruple as a parting gift. That dream began to be knitted when Liverpool won the Carabao Cup title, winning against Chelsea in the final. Unfortunately, the dream of achieving a quadruple has failed to come true. Because Liverpool lost to Man Utd in the final tie, Liverpool was then eliminated by Atalanta from the Europa League.

Now, the competition to win the Premier League is in a difficult phase, Liverpool has lost twice in the last three matches. Only four matches remain and Liverpool has a tough opponent and the dream of achieving a quadruple has been dashed. Two of the four titles failed to be won. In fact, in the worst-case scenario, Liverpool is very likely to fail to win the Premier League title for the 2023/2024 season. "Arsenal and Manchester City have to experience a very bad moment," Jurgen Klopp harps.

"I don't know. I can only apologize for today to the public. We should have done better but we didn't," continued the German manager.
