The 50-year-old Arsenal legend Robert Pires has revealed that he would like to see PSG star Kylian Mbappe move to Liverpool this summer. Mbappe is an architect in the PSG's front line however, Mbappe's time together with Les Parisiens is reportedly coming to an end. Mbappe's contract with PSG will expire at the end of this season, the 25-year-old striker no longer wants to sign a new contract at the Parc des Princes. Recently, Mbappe has been linked with many top European clubs according to various reports, Mbappe will move to the Spanish giants Real Madrid.
Mbappe previously refused to join Real Madrid, the former French coach admitted that he had also done something similar during his playing days. “I'm sorry Kylian, you're not the first person to say no to Real Madrid," Pires said via Tribal Football. "I don't know what decision he will take, but I rejected Real because I had two other options. Of course, if I didn't have the Gunners and Juve I would go straight to Real that's for sure."
Pires wants to see Mbappe move to Liverpool according to him, Mbappe could form a scary duet with Mohamed Salah at Anfield. I want to see him at Liverpool. "This is a great club, family, good structure, no pressure, calm fans..." continued Pires. “And I think Mbappe-Salah can be very explosive. I think he is capable of denying Real Madrid.”
