Australia and Scotland will play their final group-stage match of the World T20 League 2024. The game is scheduled to be played at the Daren Sammy National Cricket Stadium in St Lucia. 

The Kangaroos have already qualified for the Super-8 stage after winning straight three matches. Scotland, on the other side, would be hoping that Namibia do them a favour by defeating England in Saturday’s encounter.  

Mitchell Marsh and co. have played flawlessly against every team they have faced in this tournament. Their only hurdle came during the first 10 overs against Oman in the first match. Once they got their rhythm back, they have throttled back-to-back wins to prove their dominance in this competition.  

Scotland just like the USA have proved to be the dark horse of this World Cup campaign. Richie Berrington and Co. shared two points with England in the first game which was abandoned due to a heavy downpour. With back-to-back victories over Oman and Namibia, the Scottish side now have things in their control and are the front runners after Australia to make it to the next stage.
