They are languishing from bottom in Group 1 with just a solitary win from their three fixtures so far. However, due to their superior NRR, they will move past Sri Lanka and New Zealand and finish second if they win their forthcoming encounter against Bangladesh. 

Meanwhile, Bangladesh have nothing but pride to play for. They are yet to open their account and will aim to end the tournament on a high. New Zealand, who battered Sri Lanka in their last encounter, will be hoping for a Bangladesh win which will guarantee their spot in the Semi Finals.
