After that, Abdulrahman Ghareeb made the score 2-2 in the 51st minute. 38-year-old Ronaldo scored Al Nassr's winning goal in the 59th minute and netted his 14th league goal for the 2nd-placed Al Nassr side in the league competition.

The five-time Balon D’or winner scored a goal in a sublime while curving the ball with his feet. Receiving a short pass from Luiz Gustavo, Ronaldo then won the duel against two opposing defenders. He was still outside the penalty box when the star footballer fired hard. Ronaldo's kick went smoothly into the Al Shabab’s goal and made it 3-2 on the score line. The Hosts celebrated the goal enthusiastically and they were able to reverse the score, from trailing 2-0 to 3-2.

Ronaldo was immediately surrounded by Al Nassr players and staff for his match-winning goal. After that, the 38-year-old player made an unexpected celebration and performed a prostration of gratitude. Al Nassr players applauded Ronaldo's actions and he received hugs and congratulations from the Al Nassr players.

The celebration of prostration of gratitude is no stranger to football. Usually, the celebration is done by Muslim players after scoring a goal. Liverpool’s star footballer Mohamed Salah and Bayern’s Sadio Mane are among the players who made the celebration popular.
